Filenames in headers

Hi, This is very much a cosmetic thing, even more so than other things I’ve posted lately, but these things bug me :-) When valuepair.c was split out, the old filename was left in the boilerplate in value.c and pair.c. I’ve come up with a few of these sort of things and am wary of list noise. Would you like me to submit future things as PRs on Github, or post to -developers to reduce the noise on -users? --  Nathan Ward
