I would like to know, How to configure freeradius on switch cisco "catalyst 2940" and switch "juniper ex2200" ?

freeradius doesnt run on those devices so you dont. you configure RADIUS on those switches following the vendors documentation and then configure RADIUS on eg a Linux box or MacOSX syetem following the FreeRADIUS documentation. alan
