I have implemented freeradius server in RHCL 4 with mysql database. My problem is that radius log authenticate the user but modem shows error 691 in windows XP OS.

Your problems have nothing to do with freeradius - it's working fine. Debug your NAS and see what is the problem. This Framed-IP-Address assumes that IP will be assigned by the NAS (dhcp, local pool, ...) - is that happening? Stop looking at the radius server - you need to debug ppp on your NAS to see what has gone wrong. Ivan Kalik Kalik Informatika ISP
