Changes to the project: Matthew Newton

We're happy to announce that as of today, Matthew Newton has joined FreeRADIUS as a full-time contributor. Matthew will be working on updating the web site, documentation, and assisting with the changes coming in version 4. Matthew has made significant contributions in the last few year, and we believe his assistance will help make the project better. Alan DeKok.
