What the best solution for "Bandwidth control + freeradius" for a WISP?... can i use freeradius to set this?

what i need ?
A NAS device that allows you to enforce bandbidth limitations, and allows to retrieve those limits via RADIUS (i.e. it must have support for a RADIUS attribute defining the max bandwidth; the NAS documentation will tell you).
How work?
Send the bandwidth limitation attribute to the NAS along with the Access-Accept message.
