PS.: Why even if a client gets reject from the server the still sends reply like this: Sending Access-Reject of id 138 to 127.0.0.1 port 44881 Mikrotik-Rate-Limit = "100k/200k 200k/400k 80k/160k 180/180 8 60k/120k"
