They do. Used them on Centos 7 today.
Also added a systemd unit file if you use v3.0.x head.
Excellent. I didn't see that spec file. I had given up on the "official" one[1] due to the ridiculous number of patches they have that prevent a simple version bump. [1] -- https://git.centos.org/summary/?r=rpms/freeradius.git
