You'll have to copy it into a variable before calling files e.g. authorize { ... update request { Tmp-String-0 = "%{client:group}" } files ... } ...then in "users" DEFAULT Tmp-String-0 == "group1" blah, blah You can define your own variable names; see raddb/dictionary and note carefully the comments about attribute numbers. - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
