So... make /etc/raddb *not* globally writable.

This happens with the "Out of the Box" configuration. I have not yet replaced the default configs with my own. The install was done using all of the defaults as well, I changed nothing.

Any Windows/FreeRADIUS.net experts out there?

Ask the freeradius.net people for details on how their installation works. Alan DeKok.
