you say EAP-TTLS but the logs clearly show PEAP going on - does the windows box have the CA of your signed cert?
Yes windows has the CA, I imported the cacert.pem, I've selected eap/peap from wireless network properties, because there no such eap-ttls. Sorry for the stupid question, but should I use peap from eap.conf instead ttls? But I don't know that clients must use certificate clients...
