Accounting to MySQL DB on failure

Is there a way to configure FreeRadius to not return Reject-Access if the DB used for Accounting is down or an error is returned when trying to insert/update a row? Assuming authentication succeeds if there is a DB issue it returns Reject regardless. Thanks
