About the acquisition method of certificate information

Hi, I'm using FreeRADIUS 1.0.5 and JRadius on Windows XP now. I want to know FreeRADIUS function. I use JRadius and I'm performing cooperation with FreeRADIUS. Then, in some cases, I want to teach one point. I think that I want to acquire the serial number of the certificate used by TLS authentication. Is this information unacquirable via eap_tls?
