realm DEFAULT {

authhost = proxy1.xxxx:1812
accthost = proxy1.xxxx:1813
secret = xxxxxxxx
nostrip
}

is these settings for about remote hosts ?? i need local listening port
1813.
 freeradius listen only 1812. and 1814. ports
also i change port = 0 radius gives error.
