	Fall-Through = yes

...the in radiusd.conf:

modules {
   ippool pool1 {
     # config here
   }
   ippool pool2 {
     # config here
   }
}
authorize {
   # blah
}
authenticate {
   # blah
}
post-auth {
   pool1
   pool2
}
accounting {
   # blah, then
   pool1
   pool2
}
