That's not the same config as you're showing above.

/opt/freeradius/etc/raddb/mods-enabled/eap[1]: No EAP method configured, module cannot do anything

You need to define the eap methods in your new "eap gheap" config. The default eap config works. Copy that (the whole lot) and then change the bits you need, rather than deleting most of it. Or just use the default "eap" config. -- Matthew
