That's v2. I would strongly recommend using v3. Unfortunately, v3 doesn't have a jradius plugin. However, there are very very few reasons for using complex languages like Perl, python, or Java with FreeRADIUS. Pretty much everything you need is supported by the base server.

It is working as expected. But I notice in the jradius log, that autentication is called twice from freeradius for PEAP. Is it expected?

If that's what you configured it to do... But perhaps there's some kind of "debug log" you could read to see how the server works. Alan DeKok.
