Accounting doesn't increase Daily's count.

      Good day.

I'm having problems with rlm_counter on FreeRADIUS Version 1.1.7. I've
set my NAS to send Stop/Start packets every minute, but it only
refreshes count once. That means once an user is logged in, it will
count his first minute but then he will be able to access
indefinitely.
