No, you wouldn't. You would like to use pppd on your linux machine as a client. Windows XP talks to pppd (through pppoe-server) - and pppd talks to freeradius. All freeradius does is make decicsions on behalf of pppd - your PPPoE clients should not even be aware of it!
sorry, but I don't understand you :( Could you explain this to me once again ? What should I do to login with WIndows to freeradius (throught ppp) ? -- Pawel volfen Malkowski
