It's another VENDORPEC_MICROSOFT issue. See the following commit on github: https://github.com/alandekok/freeradius-server/commit/b573deec2950e344831867... You should be able to do "git pull" and re-build just the rlm_mschap module. Thanks for your patience in helping to track this down. Alan DeKok.
