You should use the Login-Time attribute. look here to see how its used -> http://wiki.freeradius.org/Rlm_logintime Ideally, you would add a row for each user (not optimal) with Login-Time attribute with value like 'Al1600-1700' which means they will be able to login only between 1600 and 1700 on all days.
