2.1.8 doesn't include the certs/ directory for the debian package build

Hey Alan, Just a heads up for the next release. The 2.1.8 version doesn't include the certs/ directory files when building the debian package. Would be cool if you could push this change in the repo for the time being. Regards, Liran.
