udpfromto in distribution packages

Hello there, i have a question about freeradius implementation in several distribution packages. What Linux Distributions compile their freeradius package with "--with-udpfromto" directive? I did not found any information on the distributions pages... Maybe someone here knows this.... Greetz, Tobias
