That message means you're supposed to read the REST of the debug log to see where the REAL error is.
Copied the whole log of radius server and also attached a single file which includes the configurations of eap.conf, clients.conf and radiusd.conf
You're running 2.0.3. It has a bug where the "inner-tunnel" file isn't installed. Install it, or upgrade to 2.0.5.
