The "install" stage SHOULD set the permissions correctly.

It would be nice if the build system could generate this spec file from a template, automatically replace the version number inside the spec with the actual version of the pam_radius_auth tarball, and include the automatically generated spec in the tarball.

Or, just update the spec file when a new version is released. Alan DeKok.
