SSL renegotiation ?

      Hi,

I am afraid if freeRADIUS use SSL renegotiation?  The freeRADIUS version is 1.1.6. We use EAP-TLS and the backend OpenLDAP server with TLS connection. 
Does  freeRADIUS use SSL renegotiation ?
