IIRC I use double quotedvariables in my config. Anyway, this is odd it 
happens for the second attributes and not the first one.

         Acct-Multi-Session-Id = %{request:Acct-Multi-Session-Id}
}
This sounds better.
I do not see any problem with quotes.
