not quite. remember what it said "The RADIUS Request message that the Network Policy Server received from the network access server was malformed." this worked with 2.2.5 you say - so check out the difference between the 2 responses - if 2.2.5 worked and nothing else in the system has been changed then the only difference is in the RADIUS request message. alan
