We've upgraded FreeRadius from version 3.0.10 to 3.0.25 and this has broken Radsec (but not EAP-TLS). The error message from the server is:
(0) (TLS) OpenSSL says that the TLS session is still negotiating, but there's no more data to send!
Try the v3.0.x head from GitHub. We've put fixes in which should help. Alan DeKok.
