EAP-TTLS Certificates expired only when selecting different timezone than GMT Western Zone

Hi, I have a problem using certificates when for example a device has set the timezone to GMT+1. So if the user has the timezone different than GMT Western Zone does not connect and it launchs a message saying the certificate has expired. Is there a way to allow devices trying to connect with a different timezone to be able to connect and accept the certicate? Regards.
