RADIUS IP Pooling

I am looking for more technical information regarding how RADIUS does IP pooling. Is there a specific RFC explaining the process. I am assuming that when RADIUS sends an ACCESS_ACCEPT message, an IP is selected from the pool and it is send together with the ACCESS_ACCEPT message to the client.
