Find out why it's closing the user session.
The problem is not RADIUS. You're looking at the RADIUS logs, and seeing that the session was closed. But RADIUS didn't close the connection. The PPPoE server closed the connection. Then, the PPPoE server told RADIUS it closed the connection.
