Where is iptool for Freeradius?

Hi everyone: Sorry for my english. I don't speak very well. I'm working with ippool in FreeRadius. I have some problems with that, because when FreeRadius assigns all IP available in ippool, ipppool's databases stuck him self. I found this page: http://www.mavetju.org/unix/freeradius-ippool-tool-man.php This tool dumps the contents of the FreeRadius ippool databases for analyses or for removal of active entries (stuck entries?)
