Test it with eapol_test: http://deployingradius.com/scripts/eapol_test/ If that works, then the server is probably OK.
I switched over the NAS to the secondary server when the primary server started to fail and the secondary server (which has similar configuration with one failing) is authentically users successfully. The two servers use the same server certificate.
Please find attached the debug log.
Which shows the client giving up on EAP. So the client thinks there’s something wrong with the server. If only the clients had decent debugging. Alan DeKok.
