Thanks for all the reply, I restart with a blank sheet and check carefully the log with radiusd -X instead of -XXX and I find the problem. I had many .bak config files radiusd was taking in consideration asa I remove them, things get better. ________________________________

Just use radiusd -X , Not radiusd -Xx etc. We don't need timestamps (and indeed for most of us is easier to parse without them).
I see this - which suggests you are setting Auth-Type somewhere which might be causing the session to loop and not go through to the next phase
