...that's what I get when I try an invalid password in my EAP + Cisco 1200 + LDAP + PEAP/MS-CHAPv2 configuration.
You need the magic Windows OID's in the certificates. See the "scripts" directory, which includes scripts to create certificates with those OIDs Alan DeKok.
