In the ldap.attrmap file, we commented the next line of LDAP attribute:
#checkItem Simultaneous-Use radiusSimultaneousUse
After that, the Simultaneous-Use started to work fine.
Which means you were never setting Simultaneous-Use before. Alan DeKok.
