Cisco + Radius

I'm trying to use the cisco to authenticate in freeradius, but it's not working. When I test a request, it appears in the radius debug that the password is wrong, but I'm sure it's right. Would you have any documents that could tell me about configuring Radius + Cisco? And, what is cisco-vsa-hack?
