Assign sequence no. based on HWID

Please suggest how can I assign sequence no. to users based on some parameter in Access Request. Ex. User sends Hardware ID in Access Request and radius responds with some number corresponding to this HWID from database. -- br, Navodit Bhardwaj Hughes Systique Corporation
