Huh The "VENDORATTR" text was never allowed by FreeRADIUS. I have no idea where you got the original dictionary from, but it isn't from FreeRADIUS.
Please send just the new file. It's small enough that a patch isn't necessary.
And please look at the dictionary.trapeze file included with FreeRADIUS. It should be up to date.
