I've pushed changes which will produce a more meaningful error message. That will help narrow down why this is happening.

Hello Alan, Installed v3.0.x with enabled developer debug (maybe it helps too) because I did not see any more logging with that version. I hope attaching of files is working, attached the radius -XXX output. BR Paul
