To be honest, who cares? If you have a solution, use it. A guess would be that they are NOT the same configuration. The directories are different. And FreeRADIUS sometimes reads files in the order that they're stored in a directory. So... the OS puts file A before file B in one directory, and file B before file A in another. Alan DeKok.
