I searched the filesystem for "bob-acct-start.sh" and looked in github, but wasn't able to find them. Would someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction please?
Unfortunately those aren't in GitHub yet. We'll add that to the list of things to add to the documentation. The script just sends an Accounting-Request packet with Acct-Status-Type = Start. It's simple enough to create a packet, and send it with radclient. Alan DeKok.
