raddebug not working in 3.0.8 head / Debian 8.0

Hi All, raddebug was/is not working properly with Debian 8.0/FR 3.0.8 head version 3.0.8 (git #bc5d0f2) It seems that when running the command radmin -e "debug condition", 0 is not returned.
