Dictionary question

Hi list, Is it possible to have a dictionary describing Cisco-AVPair in more detail. If i have something like this: Cisco-AVPair   +=  subscriber:sub-qos-policy-in=1.5Mbps Is it possible to make it look like this: Cisco-AVP-qos-policy-in    += 1.5Mbps And when radius sends response to NAS it will be converted to: Cisco-AVPair   +=  subscriber:sub-qos-policy-in=1.5Mbps Thank you
