Does somebody has a solution for this.

You installed a new version of FreeRADIUS on a machine which previously had an old version. The "make install" process will tell you this, as one of the last things it prints out. Copy raddb/dictionary from the source tree to /etc/raddb, and delete all other dictionary files from the /etc/raddb directory. Alan DeKok.
