Look at that twenty second gap between the eap-id-req from the FR server and the eap-id-resp from the client... Looks like your problem is either on the client or in NTLM... But hey, without *any* debug output, no-one will know. Look at the debug output. Run radiusd -X and do an NTLM auth with a client. Then check where the problem is.
