Basically I've configured hostapd to use freeradius as the authentication and accounting server, so I can't understand what I would have to change to configure it to use peap instead.
You need to set that on your AP. AP is set to do mac authentication, not EAP (probably called WPA-Enerprise). Fix AP configuration. Ivan Kalik Kalik Informatika ISP
