That site isn't part of FreeRADIUS. It's third-party documentation which we didn't write. We know nothing about it.

I want to have single username database and want to connect LinOTP to radius mysql database. Is it possible?
I have no idea. Go ask the linOTP people how their software works. Or ask the script author how his script works.
