Idiot on the mailing list: Song Zou

I'm working to ban the most recent idiot who's spamming list list with unsubscribe comments. These emails serve as a public record that he's too stupid to hit the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every message to the list. What makes this more difficult is that he's using a remailer, so the public address we see isn't the one he's used for subscription. He also opened a GitHub issue, which again serves as a public record of idiocy. I think he's gone, but we'll see. Alan DeKok.
