Radius clients using libradius library with EAP-TTLS/MS-CHAPv2

Hello, FreeRADIUS server supports EAP-TTLS with MS-CHAPv2. But there is any way to build client applications with libradius library using EAP-TTLS with MS-CHAPv2? Thanks Mugur
